This Gorget is a unique combination of the aggressive style and the elegant lines. It looks athletic and massive. It doesn't limit the mobility and protects the whole upper body. All this is a new "Weg Des Schwertes" Mod '08 Gorget.
The Gorget in aggessive look has a distinct anatomic form and fits perfectly over the Gambeson, "Weg Des Schwertes" Mod '08 Cuirass and all other cuirasses.
The gorget has two parts: front and rear. The gorget can be used as a separate piece of armour, as well as a decoration to the clothing.
The edges are carefully rolled and have a thickness of 3-4 mm, which makes them comfortable and safe as for the wearer, so for the teammates and opponents.The gorget is fastened by belts made of natural black leather. From the inside the belts are extra processed to have thickness of 2.2 mm on their whole length This makes it possible to buckle them quickly and easily and to hide the rest of the belt.
The gorget is covered with rust-free paint from the inside.
The metal has the thickness of 1,5mm. SCA-Optima.
